McGaughy Boys

We are two brothers, Dylan and Chase McGaughy, who have grown-up at our family manufacturing facility (Mike McGaughy's Classic Chevy Parts, Inc. / McGaughy's Suspension) since we were each only a few days old. Dylan has 18 years of experience in manufacturing and Chase has 13 years. Fortunately, we have learned from the best, our Grandpa Mike McGaughy and our Dad (Steve).

We have state-of-the-art computerized machinery to manufacture our parts. We start with drawing our parts on the computer, 3-D printing sample parts, and then fully manufacturing each piece from scratch to make our ice chest go-carts. We start with the flat sheets of metal, laser cut all of our brackets, cut all of our own tubing, and then assemble our carts in jigs to insure precision and accuracy. We TIG and MIG weld our carts ourselves, have them powder-coated, and then we fully assemble the carts. The carts are finalized with a thorough quality control inspection.
